there is this game on facebook called wetopia that ellen degeneres was urging her viewers to go play because it was for a good cause. and it really is!

i haven't read the website entirely to find out whether it's a hoax yet, but so far so good, and i think it's a very clever way to get people to do good. so anyhoo, it's like your typical build-a-town kinda game, but the good thing is that after you do all your tasks and what not, you gain these hearts called "joy", and with every 100 hearts/joys that you've collected, you can choose to send those hundred joys to a list of various communities/foundations, which somehow gets converted to practical things that can be sent over to those places.

playing games for a good cause, that's cool right?
if you haven't already started, play to spread the joy now! :)
