despite being more equipped to do really sophisticated art pieces using my hands or on the computer, i actually prefer two-dimensional art. not just any two-dimensional art, but the really juvenile-looking ones that kids come up with. doodles, we grown-ups call it (am i a grown-up? yes, i think i am.) in that same train of thought, i also prefer video games and cartoons of old because their animation stands out to me much more than all these 3d ones going around - my eye knows not the place to focus! how odd, don't you think so?

sharing this song with you because it's sweet and quirky all at the same time!
stop motion + 2d animation = ♥

when i was at acjc, i used to roll my eyes at the melodramatic people who lament over missing the A1 grade by a couple of points. "so you got an A2, do you really need to cry outloud?" actually i think i still recall what they look like --> that's how much their actions annoyed me, or maybe it's just cos an elephant never forgets? i don't know, haha.

anyway before i left for disney, i checked my results for last semester, and found out that i got an A- for one of them. i had missed the A grade by a couple of marks, and i was whining (in my head) for the next week or so. i tried not to let it get to me during the holiday, but i think i was significantly much-less-happier.

and then i realised, I HAVE TURNED INTO ONE OF THE PEOPLE I DISLIKE!
hahaha. history coming back to bite me in the a*s. oh well. i guess that's life's humor for you!

~

gonna go back to guestlist-ing people, something that i have been putting off for the longest time, because i don't like looking at spreadsheets. but i gotta do what i gotta do. for now, at least. otherwise i foresee another of the above-mentioned happening this semester.

i'll leave you with a l'l bit of dr seuss: we are all a little weird and life’s a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love. that's kenneth and i for ya!

have a good weekend! :)
